247Notary.pro — Terms of Service

Legal & factual information reviewed: August 23, 2026

1. Scope of Services

247Notary.pro provides Texas notarial services, mobile notary travel, eligible Remote Online Notarization (RON), loan-signing support, and related document logistics as offered. A notary is not acting as an attorney unless separately licensed and expressly engaged in that capacity. Notarial service does not guarantee the enforceability, acceptance, or legal sufficiency of the underlying document.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for presenting a complete document and knowing which notarial act is required. Our notary may not select the notarial certificate for you if doing so would constitute unauthorized legal advice. You are responsible for confirming any receiving party's requirements before your appointment.

3. Identification and Signer Requirements

The signer must personally appear in the manner required for the requested notarial act and must satisfy applicable Texas identification requirements. We may decline service if identity, willingness, awareness, document completeness, or other legal requirements are not satisfied.

4. Mobile Travel and Facility Access

Travel and service charges may be separate from statutory notarial-act fees and will be disclosed before service when reasonably practicable. Hospital, nursing-home, jail, detention, government, military, and other secured-facility access is subject to that facility's own rules. Booking an appointment does not guarantee facility entry or access to a signer.

5. Remote Online Notarization

Texas RON is available only for eligible transactions and documents. The Texas online notary must perform the notarization while physically located in Texas and in compliance with Texas law. Receiving-party acceptance of an electronically notarized document remains your responsibility to confirm. Wills, codicils, and testamentary trusts are not ordinary eligible Texas RON documents and require in-person, wet-ink notarization.

6. Appointments, Delays, Cancellation, and No-Show

Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or online booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as you can so the notary can be redirected. Any travel, waiting, or after-hours charge that applies to your appointment is disclosed to you in advance as described in Section 7 and on our Pricing page. A notarial act cannot be completed if the signer is not present, cannot produce acceptable identification, does not appear to understand the document or to be signing willingly, or if the document is incomplete; in those situations the appointment may end without a notarization being performed.

7. Fees

Texas statutory notarial fees are governed by Texas Government Code Chapter 406. Mobile travel, after-hours, printing, courier, waiting, or other non-notarial service charges are separately disclosed as applicable. See our Pricing page for details.

8. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Notarial service does not include legal, tax, or financial advice. Our loan-signing support is limited to locating signature and initial lines, identifying document titles, completing notarial certificates, and document-return logistics as instructed — we do not interpret loan terms.

9. Apostille / Authentication

247Notary.pro may assist with document preparation and logistics where offered. The Texas Secretary of State, or other competent authority, issues the apostille or authentication certificate — not us, and not any notary.

10. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to be contacted by 247Notary.pro by phone, text (SMS), or email regarding your appointment and related services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.

11. Limitation of Service

We may decline a transaction when legal requirements are not satisfied. Facility closures, access restrictions, technology failure, identity-verification failure, or receiving-party rules may prevent completion of a notarization, and we are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by those circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
